Overview

An Inoculum Preparation Procedure in a Disposable Bioreactor can be created by selecting the following menu option:

This procedure is used to represent a sequence of operations that take place in a Rocking Bioreactor for inoculum preparation and other applications. The sequence typically (but not necessarily) includes a reaction operation (stoichiometric, kinetic or equilibrium).
