Special Input/Output Ports

No

This unit procedure simulates any type of adsorptive chromatography (e.g., ion exchange, affinity, HIC, reverse phase, etc.) that takes place in bind-and-elute mode in a packed bed column. The procedure can be executed in a batch/semi continuous mode only.

Special Inputs / Outputs

None.
