Column Sanitization

General Description

This operation simulates a PBA column sanitization step in flow-through and bind-and-elute chromatographies during which any contaminants in the column are removed. The main objective of this operation is to determine bufffer consumption. Any change that may occur in the column’s retained mass (such as the removal of contaminants) during this step is ignored.
