This dialog appears when you click on the Include/Exclude Components button (
) on the Stream Summary Table: Edit Contents Dialog, the Equipment Contents Customization Dialog, Table of Properties for Registered Components: Property Selection Dialog, Report Options Dialog: EPA-MACT Tab or The Rigorous PS Calculation Toolbox Dialog.
It offers the option to either include or exclude certain components from consideration by checking or un-checking the respective check boxes.
Click on the Check All button 
to check all the components and click on the Un-check All button 
to un-check all.
