This dialog appears when you choose to view or edit the properties of a selected equipment spec sheet on the Equipment Spec Sheets Databank Dialog, and also after you click OK on the New Equipment Spec Sheet Dialog. The dialog allows you to view or edit the specifications, cost and other data of an equipment specification sheet.
