Equipment Spec Sheet Properties Dialog: Comments tab

This tab is part of the Equipment Spec Sheet Properties Dialog, which may be accessed from the Equipment Spec Sheets Databank Dialog by clicking on the  button or by simply double-clicking on the selected equipment spec sheet from the table that exists on that dialog. This tab is also part of the Site Equipment Properties Dialog, which may be accessed from the Site-Equipment Databank Dialog by clicking on the  button or by simply double-clicking on the selected site equipment from the table that exists on that dialog.

Through this tab, the user may add some information (comments) for later references.
