This unit procedure models the production of power and heat by steam expansion in an extraction steam turbine-generator.

Special Inputs / Outputs

      Inlet (High P): the designated input port for the high-pressure steam feed.

      Extraction 1: the designated output port for the first steam extraction.

      Extraction 2: the designated output port for the second steam extraction.

      Extraction 3: the designated output port for the third steam extraction.

      Outlet (Low P): the designated output port for the low-pressure steam exhaust.

Operations

The following operation types are currently supported in the context of this unit procedure:

      CIP, see Clean-In-Place (CIP)

      Hold, see Holding

      SIP, see Steam-In-Place (SIP)

Note that operations CIP, Hold, and SIP are only available in semi-continuous operating mode.
