This dialog appears when selecting the Edit Contents menu option from the interface displaying the contents of a receiving storage unit in the span of all streams or operations dumping material to it.
Note that besides including or excluding the entire Liquid/Solid, Vapor or Total section, you can also exclude specific components from each section (if needed). Clicking on the icon next to the selection box of each of the three sections will present you with a include/exclude components dialog as shown below:
