A List of Keywords That May Have Been Set To Help Recognizing/Locating the File
As it can be seen by visiting the Searching in the Processes Databank interface, users can put together search criteria based on the above properties (and more) in an attempt to locate database records that fit their needs. For more details on the interface for searching in the Process DB, check out Process Library Interface: Search Tab.

|
Please remember that deleting process records results in deleting all process file content kept in the process database (.mdb) file. As a result, when searching for a record that meets a given criterion, the file associated with entry will not be considered. Deleting of a process record is not an action that can be undone. The process (.spf) file associated with the record is not deleted, so unless you manually delete the process file yourself, next time you sync the process library, the record will be re-introduced. |
Having a record in the table of contents selected, you can click on to open the .spf file behind the record in SuperPro Designer.
|
If, at any point, you feel like the database actual contents are not reflected properly in the table of contents shown currently (e.g. a new .mdb file was installed, or the state of some of the .spf files behind some of the records have changed), click on the refresh listing ![]() to refresh the table of contents. |
