This dialog appears after selecting “Create New” on the CIP Template Databank Dialog.
This is the first step in defining a new CIP template to be saved in the “User DB”. Your choices are :
1. Start from scratch (i.e., from an empty template) and start adding all the steps and their descriptions one-by-one.
2. Start from the definition of a pre-existing CIP template and make modifications to it before saving it as a new CIP template.
Before you proceed, you must also provide a unique name for this template and a brief description. The description text will be shown when selecting that template to initialize a CIP operation so it should be a reminder of the CIP template’s purpose or application.
After you click OK you will be presented with the CIP Template Definition Dialog.
