Continuous 1x1 Pass Through Generic Box Procedure

Overview

A Continuous 1x1 Pass Through Generic Box Procedure can be created by selecting the following menu option:
Unit Procedures } Generic Boxes } Bulk Flow } Continuous } 

	Operating Mode	Continuous or Semi-Continuous
	Host Equipment	Continuous 1x1 GBX
	Emissions Port (Vent)	No
	Special Input/Output Ports	No

1x1 Pass Through

This unit procedure can be used to represent continuous processing steps that are not explicitly available in the current version of SuperPro Designer. It can handle simple pass-through steps.

Special Inputs / Outputs

None.

Operations

The following operation types are currently supported in the context of this unit procedure:

●      Pass Through, see Pass-Through (in a GBX)

●      CIP, see Clean-In-Place (CIP)

●      Hold, see Holding

●      SIP, see Steam-In-Place (SIP)

Note that operations CIP, Hold, and SIP are only available in semi-continuous operating mode.
