Edit Section Operating Cost Adjustments command (Flowsheet’s Context Menu)

Select this option to bring up a dialog (see Section-Level Capital Cost Parameters) that allows you to edit the section-level parameters (factors) that affect the estimation of the operating cost of the active section.
