This tab is part of the Update Resource Prices from SuperPro (User) DB Dialog which appears when you select Tasks } Update Resource Cost Data... from the main menu of the application.
This page presents a listing of all resource utilities (heat transfer agents, power types and labor types) that are currently in use by your process model and have a record in the ‘SuperPro (User)’ database. It allows to include (or exclude) which categories and/or entries in each category you wish to have their prices be updated with you exit the dialog with OK. To exclude the entire category (e.g. all power types) click to remove the check mark next to the name of the category. To exclude a specific member of a category, de-select the desired entry in the listbox of that category.

SuperPro Designer will ‘remember’ which categories and which members you have chosen to exclude from the price update so that next time you visit this dialog, and if that resource is still engaged in your process model, it will still be protected (excluded) from price updates. By default, any new utility (labor type, power type or heat transfer agent) that is engaged for the first time in your model, it is assumed that it will be included in this list. |
