This dialog appears when you click on the 
button in the Databases: Availability Password & Locations Dialog.
From this dialog you may supply a new password to be used when the application attempts to access information in a database file that is password protected (‘User’, ‘Process’, ‘DIPPR’ or ‘PPDS’).
