•Component Removal Options...
If the Particle Retention % is calculated, the user identifies the particulate components that are removed and specifies the Overall Removal Efficiency. Then, the model makes the simplifying assumption that the removal percentage of all removable particulate components is the same (equal to the Overall Removal Efficiency). If the Particle Retention % is set, then, different removal percentages can be specified for the various particulate components.
