Specification Choices / Comments

The following list describes the available specification choices in this tab; for more details on how these are implemented, see EBA Column Loading: Modeling Calculations.

Velocity / Time Options...

The user only needs to specify one of the following three variables: Fluidization Linear Velocity, Residence Time, Loading (Process) Time.

Bed Expansion...

The bed expansion is either set by the user or calculated based on liquid viscosity and fluidization linear velocity.
